She completely expected me to go full Stahanov and exceed my quota by 60% just 'cause... Even if that was possible in the time limit, im completely anti-stahanovist.... Either do just enough to not get harassed, or get a good excuse why you didnt do enough...


1 pizza later:

/I went to have a drink after 1.5 hours and am just returning to my lane/
Boss: where have you been?!
Me: i had a drink?
Boss: you leave your place too often
Me(thoughts): says the woman who keeps chit-chatting at the end of my lane all night with her friend....

Several thoughts of murder later:

/I head outside to the smoking area to find the boss on her 3rdish 10 minute smoke break after im at 130% quota completion/

One ray of hope later:

/Im done. Find the boss for instructions. I get a task, i finish it in minutes, decide to get my attendance paper signed seeing how its 10 minutes till end of shift(i usually do this 5 minutes earlier without issue). I return, see the boss comfortably sitting and chatting in the office. She sees me and instantly loses her shit that im back already. I try to explain that i just wanted to get my paper signed, she orders me out to find myself some work to do...../

*He moves to hide behind some crates.*

she does likewise
*thinking* I've never even held a gun before...

*It's obvious Asim hasn't either.*

she quickly checks to see where the guards are

*They're moving around the hanger, keeping a watch on the entrances.*

Asim: {We'll be in the shuttle by then. I doubt rifles can get through the hull.}

she attempts to sneak closer to the ship

*Asim follows her. The guards don't notice them.*

they make it to the shuttle

*Asim opens the doors and enters.*

she follows closely

*When they're inside he closes the door. The shuttle seems to be unoccupied.*

she rushes to the controls

*The guards notice the shuttle is taking off and open fire.*

their weapons do fuck all i assume as she flies away

*Anti-air defenses start to come online.*

she panics as she tries to make evasive manouvers and hits the accelerator

*And like that they're out of range before the defenses fully activate.*

she slumps back in the chair

she just sits there for a while looking at her feet
