*They arrive I guess*

they go over the ridge at the top
the top is filled with ork buildings. it is a settlement. one clearly torn apart by battle. there are astartes and guardsmen bodies and tanks everywhere along with the ork ones. and a great brazen bridge in the center of the area reaching up into a spot in the air then stopping for some reason

"I really am surprised that the planet wasn't twatted by the inquisition"

"It would have been if the wolves werent still here. thats why they shot you down. couldnt take chances after they almost exterminatus'd us."
*he notices the 'bridge' is covered in wreckage, neither human nor ork

"They(Wolves) do humanity proud, and that must be a chaos bridge"

"it linked the rift to the floor, letting the daemons through"

as they go onwards he starts to see unnatural 'blood' and 'ichor' staining the settlement

"Do I want to know that is?"
*Points to the ichor and blood*

*He stops near a dead space marine*

his head is missing

"So what's the plan?"
*He cuts the engine*

"I'm looking for something. it should be near the bridge"

*he climbs out*

she does likewise

"that..." *she points at one of the two knight wreckages beside the bottom of the bridge
its body is covered all over with gigantic bullet holes bigger than a man's head

*He begins walking towards it*
