Amo: they never leave the warp, and hardly ever, if ever, leave their own domain. If you even play their own game, you have no chance. My theory is that there should be many way though. For example, if you become more universally accepted as the god of blood and war, than Khorne, you would probably replace him as said chaos-god. Then again, that only works in theory. In practice, you would never get that far with every single faction interfering.

Amo: welcome to the Imperium of man. Now, before we proceed, i would advise you to not say anything out of the ordinary. Always praise the emperor, never question a thing against him out loud... I think we should just act like an Inquisitor and his Interrogator. Need any explaining?

Amo: technically, yes. Interrogators are the apprentices of inquisitors. Inquisitors in training, to put it in another way. You do, however, stand above all the common people you see here... if you see a space marine though, be careful. The inquisition and them are not exactly clear on a hierarchy.

Amo: they are all sorts of variables. You check out one, it follows a combat manual to the letter. You check another, you might just think that they are possessed by demons...

Amo: yeah. They were not always quite so dumb... but it all went downhill extremely fast after the death of the emperor... Honestly, if he had just talked to a specific one of his sons instead of destroying one of his planets to set an example, it all might would have been avoidable...

Amo: yours, maybe. Mine, ....well, probably not. But currently we are inquisitor and interrogator with authorization from a high lord to commandeer their virus bomb. So we are going to march in there, and take their virus bomb. And if things go south, we kill them and take their virus bomb. *hands her an inquisitorial badge* Questions?

Amo: how so?

"more accurately... wait even if we start killing our way to that bomb is it expected of the inquisition?"

Amo: Ah, you see, that is the beauty of it. Sure, if we get revealed, it is just a straight up fight. However, if we can stick with the Inquisition story, we can just cry "Heretics!", and not a single person would question us executing them. The Imperium is very fond of executing heretics, and if an Inquisitor says you are one, you are one. Of course, we are talking about some of the best warriors mankind has to offer, and they do not really recognize the Inquisition as their superiors most of the time, but we should still have quite a sway with them....

"if that is so then I suppose we should move on then"

Amo: So we should. Want to see anything around here before we get there?

the infiltrator glances around for a bit

*they are in a fairly large city of skyscrapers, although the sky is actually visible. Upper-middle hive would probably be the best description. All around them there are crowds swarming in the usual organised chaos that is public transportation, faceless administratum workers heading to and from their jobs, and everyone else a wee bit more lively than those. On the side several food stalls can be seen, while the other end of the street, which, by the way, is in the air, running between buildings as an excuse for streets, is an arms dealer, and several other random shops. In the distance, a churchtower can be seen, and the bell heard. A long way down the treet, a castle-like structure can be seen with the insignia of the Dark Angels all over it.*

"hmmm, no I'm alright"

Amo: well.... fine... although I would advise you to at least observe them while we are here... *they head towards the DA stonghold*

"I'm observing in more ways than one as well"

Amo: good. And conclusions so far?

Amo: indeed. Then again, they donot know that. The inquisition is almost like an urban myth. Everyone has heard of them, but no regular citizen will recognize them.
