The Sister grabs it, pulling it to her head hight; and with a feral tearing of flesh; rips out its windpipe with her hand.

She checks her bolt pistol magazine before aiming down the sight; waiting for the creature to turn the corner.

She unhooks a krak grenade from her belt, the shoota bullets glancing off her armour as she pops the pin.
She waits and throws, the grenade impacting the large ork, the armour piercing effect turning it's flesh into jelly.
