Omun: Heh. I'm afraid no amount of maintenance will help. They always return.

Hemowep: full hardware refit advised to accomodate more advanced software.

Omun: *Sighs* As intriguing an experiment that would be....with the current political climate, I do not wish to make such augmentation public. Augmentation to a degree such as yours would immediately be turned into a machination of war....I do not wish to see that happen.

Hemowep: ....system highly illogical, or faction "consortium" close to fracturing...

Omun: No....it is not that. Commonly, society is slow to accept such changes, the sole exception often being the military. As much as a boon I am sure it would bring to the common man, the ways in which it would be used to take lives are to numerous.....And I have seen many ways in which a life can be ended....Many ways indeed.

Hemowep: ......repairs priority increased. unknown foreign agent in damaged area detected.

Omun: Foreign agent?

Hemowep: unknown organic compound. Most likely pollutant from local environment. reacts with organic-synthetic link system, creating acid and dissolving fibres. Repairs will take considerably more time and effort if not removed.

Omun: Follow me. Our laboratories may be able to help analyze it and neutralize it.

*They arrive at the lab. The biologists in the lab take a sample of the compound and begin to examine it.*

Omun: I am surprised you had not completed your repairs sooner.

Hemowep: ....materials still required

They just got left in a lobby for a few hours before we started today didnt they?

Omun: I see. It must have been a clerical error. Hardly surprising, given the amount of materials and equipment that move through the university daily. When we are done here, I will take you to one of the workshops myself. You will be able to finish your repairs there.

*The biologists discover the compound is a common local pollen and remove it from the biomech.*

Omun: Hm....fascinating. I would not have assumed creatures such as yourself would be so...vulnerable to something that is simply an irritant.

Hemowep: ....it is a chemical reaction. Disrupts communication network between organics and synthetics... Language database classifies it as an "annoyance"...

Omun: Indeed. Now. With that dealt with, allow me to personally make sure that you receive the materials you require for your repairs. Guests such as yourselves should receive far better treatment than being further damaged due to clerical errors. *Leads them to the workshops.*

Helat.: ....requesting authorization to locate and collect materials...

Omun: You have my authorization. Whatever you require should be in the workshops.

/After locating the required materials, they find a pulverizer and reduce them to dust. They then locate an adequate amount of water and pour all the dust into it. Once they have a tasty metal coctail, Hemowep lays on its side, hole up, and helat just pours it into said hole. Lastly, he unseals and removes a cilindrical object from Hemoweps chassis, lowers it into the concoction and seemingly releases even more dust into it./

*Omun and several engineers watch the spectacle with great interest.*

Hemowep: reconstruction initiated. 
Helat: /to the humans/ ....thicker solvant, or large water container required.

*The engineers go and acquire a thicker solvent.*

*meanwhile*

*Meanwhile, the strike team is still looking for governmental offices.*

/He repeats the metalgrinding process with said thicker solvant, then applies it to the damaged wing sections, along with another cilinders worth of dust. Now without the obstruction of murky water, its visible that the dust actually seems to spread out and seep into the metal batter... On an unrelated note, just imagine what a cake you could bake with that.../
Hemowep: wing repairs initiated.

*they have yet to find any.*

/After a bit, they notice that the water in the hole starts overflowing/
Hemowep: wing repairs 58% complete... Chassis repairs 36% complete...

they do so as an ultramarine stormtalon slowly flies overhead, surveying the area

*The engineers give the biomechs a container for the excess water.*

/After a while, the hole started to close up, until it completely disappeared though it seemed like work was still going on inside. Helat puts the cylinder into what little remains from the wing paste, and it starts sucking up the earlier dust like a magnet. He then replaces both cylinders into their slots, though the he did not "refill" the first one./
Hemowep: structural integrity restored. Internal systems operational. Synthetic repairs complete.

"Maybe this world is under their jurastiction?"

Omun: Excellent. If you require anything further, just let us know and I will see what can be done.

*As they continue they come to...an arbite fortress. Lovely.*

Narick: I'm not even going to bother thinking about our odds of having found this place in a city like this....Alright. We have two choices here. Either we skirt around this place until we find something less likely to be heavily defended, or we take our chances with the local enforcers.

*He notices that several of the engineers were taking notes.*

Omun: Is there anything else you require?

Hemowep: negative

Omun: Excellent. Now...what about quarters? What sort of living space will you require.

Helat: a room with dimensions of at least /insert their total size/, or two rooms with dimensions of /lists own sizes/ and /lists hemowep sizes/

Omun: I believe we can accommodate you. I will have someone show you to the quarters you require. I have a rejuvenation appointment and I do not wish to reschedule it.
