Adriel: "Perhaps we shall."

Lir: I think they would get quite the... morale boost from our visit... ad religious fervour....

Adriel: "Remember to dull the flames, and stand near me so you look gold."

Lir: You imperials and your gold fetish.... And you, Grutaka, keep doing what you have been doing until I return... *she starts walking towards the imperials*

Grutaka: "Yes boss."

Adriel: "Gold is rather godly... your god is brass, thats close."

Lir: *walking away from the orkzes* Not my god anymore.... has not been too much of my god for longer than you have lived, knight....

Adriel: "You have no idea how old i am."

Lir: i doubt that it can be more than a few hundred years...

Adriel: "True, one hundred and thirty four... although, I'll have to find a calendar to confirm that, given warp time dilation."

Lir: ....and just how old do you think I am?

Adriel: "Impossible to say, daemons are created fully formed on the whim of a god, you could be five for all I know."

Lir: five thousand, more like... *not sure if i said it, but she is in her saintly form again*

Adriel: "Can never be sure with you creatures."

Lir: Well... this should be far away... might as well run properly the rest of the way.... Unless you intend to swoop in on wings of light....

Adriel: "Ive been practicing... although, your wings aren't exactly saintly."

Lir: that is why I hid them, obviously... Now get a move on.... *as they start running* ....I wonder if those holy oils and all that you people use would still be unpleasant if you did it in my name instead of your emperor....

Adriel: "Well, i'll just have to stop them from making any pentagramic wards, or you'll be in excruciating pain."

Lir: You are amusingly willing to cooperate in deceiving the imperials this time...

Adriel: "Of course, i could simply have them banish you, and live out the rest of my... assumed immortality here as a saint."

Lir: Have fun with that... You would have enough of the mortals in a mere few millenia and start toying with them.... all the former mortals end up doing it...

Adriel: "Probably true... *sighs* I can't believe im saying it, but i'll keep the company of immortals then."

Lir: i would not be surprised if all your other saints who mysteriously disappeared over time are also just hanging out together...

Tyren: "Unlikely, they would be fighting chaos."

Lir: Who knows.... *the imperials are in sight?*

*The shrine being erected, bears a pair of pedestals, upon which, masons are practicing their craft with the greatest of skill, carving out Lir and Adriel's boots. The shrine is not gigantic, but it is a good size, the walls going down show it to be around ten metres radius.* 

"Quite the construction."

Lir: ....wont they freak out that you grew wings? The stone wont be big enough to carve them into it....Too bad that thy cannot appreciate the magnificence of mine...

Adriel: "They're building it in slabs, they've only started on our boots. Carving something twenty feet tall from a solid block would be nigh impossible."

Lir: You have obviously not visited many demon worlds...
*they get closer*

Adriel: "The laws of physics apply here."

Lir: That is a problem that could be solved...

*A priest notices them, and stands up from blessing shit.* "Good saints! you have returned from the jungles."

Lir: .....at least decent observation skills...

Adriel: *Talks over Lir loudly* "Indeed we have, to oversee the blessing of this holy place." 

Lir: *standing imposingly with her axe* For the orkish hordes have learned fear in the past weeks.

Priest: "You have banished their beastly presences, saving hundreds of lives, parades and celebrations have been held in your names."

Lir: That is good... They are not yet banished just yet though... That is still a work in progress.....

Priest: "Of course my lady, the task before you is monumental."

Lir: ......more like tedious...

Priest: "The greenskins are tenacious, for xeno scum."

Lir: ...and dumb... very, very dumb... it takes them a long time to get the hint...

Priest: "Indeed my lady, far below the emperor's chosen."
