The guard are unprepared in barracks and stuff, not in a strong defence, and even if they were, they woundnt be able to handle the amount of filth pouring from inside they're own city.

*alarms are sounding and the guard get prepared and begin to swarm to the arbites aid. And theres still enough of em left to hold back a main offensive*
