Amo: .....*pulls out his gun, and plonks a barrel of the stuff over at big queeny then turns back to the rest*.....did you just spike my tea?

Amo: part of the job description. Well then, on to that surprise i mentioned: feel like challenging a death world?

Amo: Ah, a very interesting one indeed. So hostile, no one make a real effort to live there. Not as if they had not tired, mind you... The most successful were the orks, who still have a presence there... mostly because you really cant get completely rid of them. The flora, fauna, and whatever else, is very prone to eat you, and very adaptable. Using flamethrowers to clear the jungle? In a generation or two, which barely takes time, the plants will be fireproof in the area

Amo: indeed. Now, there is a catch though. Well, other than the fact that it will take quite the effort to conquer it. I dont want you to just eat it all and leave a barren rock behind. You can have that world and do whatever you want there, but make use of it. Kind of like, you could either kill the two goats you just caught, and eat them, or you could start breeding goats and have a ton more, better quality food over time as you breed better goats. Get what I mean?

Amo: yeah, was thinking something like that as well. Think you are up to the challenge?

"there's always a challenge. The severity is what is focused on. I could use this to test lictor camouflage or bioform survivability"

Amo: exactly. A testing ground, is what it is. One that rivals your adaptability, i might add.

"that it is challenging. all hives, not just my own, can adapt quite easily to our surroundings"

Amo: And they can adapt to you quite easily. You roll out artillery? they grow anti-shrapnel hides, or burrow. Blades? They grow armor. Et cetera, et cetera. I suspect the planet was touched by Tzeentch's influence in the past ,hence the rapid changes and aggressive wildlife. I suppose the deciding factors will be how quickly you can adapt to them adapting, the difference in firepower, and organisation.

she pours herself some more tea and sips from it with a frankly Eldar-like impression

Amo: well, good job. *sips tea* Better than nomming with the rest of the swarm, i hope?

Amo: think you can come up with a countermeasure with the assets at your disposal now?

"unsure, hard to adapt to that which we can only speculate the specifics. though if they hate us so, maybe they'll cleanse that planet you speak of if they found us if it offers so little to them"

Amo: that is why I asked. Hiding an entire planet would be quite bothersome, and pointless on the long run. Maybe We should steal a canister so you can have some fun with it...
