I send an assassin to kill the king of England, it fails and the King throws one at me.
A month later the king gives me a metric fuckton of land and a new title XD

......you know, funny thing is, the main reason Hungary started falling behind countries like england, france, spain, etc, even bewfore the ottoman fiasco, is because we had no access to the atlantic, and barely any to the mediterranean even... but in my CK2 game, i secured scandinavia for the country, and thus provided access to the atlantic, and to the hansa trade territory too..
so technically, if i left that game as it was, and just let the world go a few hundred years forward, theres a good chance we would be a power at least on par with western european countries by now...

though for some reason when i try loading EU4 with my CK2 export file, it always crashes, soi really dont have incentive to continue the game at this point...

So the king gives me Cornwall, it says I am the Duke of Cornwall.
I have no control over it, and the only way to get it is by using my cassus belli to start a war with the king of England to get Cornwall.
I'm 16 a masterful general *cough*suck my 20 martial*cough* but I'm still 16 and the demo ends in a year :/

and yeah, in my country, you couldnt even command an actual army unless you have 15+ martial and some martial ability....
my council always consists of people with at least 20+ in their respective stats.... except the chaplain.... my empire can deal with a nigerian prince being my marshall, but catholic court chaplains with high enough skills are rare...

Me, the good pirate, in my large pirate frigate, against the evil pirate in his spanish war galleon...
we are pretty evenly matched, except that im maybe a bit batter at turning...
and thus, the slugfest begun.... since neither of us wanted to close in and board the other until we whittle down the crews first, we just started throwing grapeshot and chainshot at each other.... at this point, neither of us have any sails left,...hell, not even masts left... i have a bit more crew left, so i guess you could say im winning?
now comes the part where we get the oars out and go full trireme style...

...yeah, gotta love the game... the battle officially ended with the instant surrender of the enemy... but since this is a story related battle, i still have to fight the enemy boss.... which is particularly annoying because he is so fucking fast! by the time i even see which attack animation started, he already hit me... i dont even have a chance to react and press the right defense...not to mention counterattacking...

.......turns out, theres only 9 hexes, and a small sea between my humble, peace loving viking self, ....and Ghandi.... ....you know.... Ghandi, The Destroyer of Worlds.... the guy who nukes every single thing he finds as soon as he can, if you so much as disagreed with him 5000 years earlier.......

....and now hes agressively colonising my island.... ghandi is the most agressive player in the game, easily outdoing genghis khan or attila...
