The daimyo have gathered once more, in full battle regalia. they are a colourful bunch

*Mordred is in his partial plate armour* (Looks like the Warden from For Honour, minus the helm of course)

Madara: Alright gentlemen. I hope you don't mind me using the common tongue, for the sake of our ally.
*nods of agreement*

Mordred: *Nods*

Madara: the city of Onokawa is currently beseiged. Scouts report our enemy numbers in the tens of thousands. However this is less than were at the first time we clashed, so they must have more men elsewhere. They've surrounded the city from all sides.

Mordred: *Remains silent*

Madara: The city cannot last without our aid. However, our foe has proven to be technologically superior.

Mordred: *Silent*

Madara: Mordred. How many men do you have?

Mordred: Approximately 2,000 men at Arms.

Madara: excellent.

Mordred: What are you thinking?

Diana: "I've not ruined a full suit, except my lorica... obviously."

Madara: We need to crack their lines. Shatter them utterly.

Diana: "Much like everyone else does i suppose."

LI: I like the armour.

Diana: "I've grown to like this more." *taps her breastplate* "Although lorica is a little more flexible"

LI: that looks good on you aswell.

Diana: "It is rather more form fitting."

LI nods, noticing Diana's not paying much heed to her attempts at compliments.

Diana: *Looks up from polishing a small scuff on her breastplate with her thumb. and smiles* "Your armour looks pretty good on you too."

LI: thankyou...I feel uncomfortable without it.

Diana: "Its nice to feel safe. I only really take it off to sleep and wash."

"it feels like...a second skin"

Diana: *Taps her knuckles off her breastplate* "I know what you mean, sometimes i sleep in it."

LI: it...takes a lot to spend any period of time without my helmet on.

Diana: "You took it off for me..." *smiles*

LI:..*tries to smile back*

Diana: "So..."

LI: yes?

Diana: "Why... me? if its not too personal a question?"

LI: I am...not sure...you are different

Diana: "Not sure if thats a good thing."

LI:...I am different too.

Diana: "The first Clavae i've ever seen speak."

LI:...me too.

Diana: "You're exceptional, i'm technically a traitor."

Diana: "I deserted my legion."

"...You survived. Got stronger."

Diana: "I suppose so..."

"Most don't"

Diana: "Most being... none, the few other survivors died under the kelthrovi's tender care."

*another immortal walks out of the tent, having finished their meal.* "Takes more than some slaver to kill you though, diana."

Diana: "ha, damn right."

LI: youre strong. Very strong.

Diana: "Not even close to you though."
