*With a Clang-click-clang-click-clang, a kroot enters the room, covered in cybernetics, its jaw, right arm, and right leg replaced, along with a large plate on its chest. It nods in respect to max, and walks across towards a ship in the hangar.*

" so where am I going to stay till my ship arrives?"

Laurence: "A few miles."

Raeven: "So, you want to attack."


Laurence: "It'll have the added benefit of distracting them, so you can start evacuating civilians."

Caiber: Personally I feel using the scions would be prudent here.

Laurence: "Of course, we have a full complement of scions on the ship... and charle's scions are already here..."

Raeven: "We are talking about astartes here, dug in astartes."

Laurence: "Yes... we'll need some way to get past them, or punch through."

*A rather inconspicuous kroot follows max, a polite/sneaky distance behind.*

Laurence: "No exactly stealthy, but perhaps speed will compensate."

Caiber: High intensity drops are their forte from what I know.

Raeven: "We have a plan, then. I will come personally, with a few select members of my company."

Caiber: wait....call me captain obvious but....would some kind of orbital recon of the exact area not be in order first?

Raeven: "if you can get a ship into orbit over enemy teritory... In other words, the middle of their fleet."

Laurence: "Now... you say that."

Caiber: either way, would be nice to at least know the layout of the battlefield...

Laurence: "We dont have the luxury of time to plan this."

Caiber: and if they have defenses there by the time we get there?

Laurence: "Then, from the limited amount i know about what we're finding, we're fucked anyway."
