*Asim just cocks his head.*

he takes a look

"Ah, this looks like it should be easy to modify...." *he gets some tools*

a few minutes of tinkering later
"there, try to talk"

he smiles
"dont mention it. now for your friend" *he gets tinkering on her*

Nicole: slfsfsois-I-I....I can talk! thankyou!

Asim *to the Tau*: I um....Thank you. What's your name?

"Fio'la'or'es'shi, at your service. you can call me shi."

Asim: Um....Alright, Shi....I...guess you want some answers.

"Would be nice"

Asim: Um...Well...It's a strange story....Pretty morbid as well...But...*Does his best to explain, letting Nicole fill in where needed.*

"From what I can tell, a kroot rifle aint gonna do much to you, and I could upgrade you with bits from here"

Asim: Um....Let's hold off on the upgrades for now. I've had enough mechanical junk forced on me for the time being.

*Asim goes over to her.*

Asim: How are you feeling?

"better,...I guess"

Asim: That's...good...I guess...Given the circumstances...So...What do we do now?

"Do you,....thinkn we should take him up on his offer?"

Asim: What choice do we have really?

"I guess you're right....honestly i'm surprised"

Asim: Yeah.....*Turns to the Tau* So...um...What are we going to do about those....What are they anyway?

"they're kroot. technically their race is allied with mine, but those ones are just common crooks"

Asim: I see....I want to make a comparison, but the corporate world I grew up on never really had such a problem like that. Mostly cause the corporate security was competent there.

"Yeah. I was hoping to get my drones up and running to keep me safe but its taking longer than i expected"
