Given how there's a few Maleceptors and several Zoanthropes amidst the bulwark of Gaunts, Warriors, and large to warmachine-sized bioforms around the breach the Shadow effect is reducing the effect it would have vs what it would have been at the Imperial Webway (or Webway of Man etc.)
