"Give me the... Damn gun" he says while crawling towards her. A trail of blood behind him.

Freya: listen how about we fake my death therefore I live my life you get paid we all are happy

"Do I look happy to you?"

she sighs and psychically heals him

Freya picks him up and drags him to the hospital

Ooc: they don't let a mercenary in but they let in a demi daemon?

"What are you doing? I'm sentenced to death you know"

OOC they don't know she is. she hides it very well.

she puts him down

He tries to pick himself up with one arm, and after much difficulty, success.
He's limping, but he begins to trek back to his ship.

"Be safe... I'm sorry" he walks off into the crowd.

Daria: *Before he goes* Okay what the f*ck do you want?

He looks back.
"Someone I chose to help"
He disappeared into the crowd.

She teleports herself to his ship

Freya: fae lets go to my apartment

It's like a treasure trove, weapons of all kinds, credits, throne gelt, any kind of currency; medals, dogtags, spirit stones, xeno artifacts; all neatly stored away.

"Why are you in my ship?"

Daria: to talk to you

"About what?"

Daria: the fact you were sent to kill my daughter. and didn't.

she grabs her hand and leads her to the bedroom

Freya lays in the bed

"No, but I wished I did"

Daria: I was born on ulthwe. I was a striking scorpion and my twin sister was a farseer. she died. slowly. and painfully, and I nearly joined her. After that almost all of my life I was a pirate.

"But you stopped?"

Daria: I settled down, met Fae and a few others. Had a child, and, don't ask how, managed to bring my sister back. Then I moved here with Fae. I don't serve the people of aliatoc, I am not one of their soldiers. I do what I do for fun.

"I envy what you have"

Daria: no. you don't. The things I've seen and done, and had done to me... you do not envy that. My body was hi-jacked by someone who wanted to destroy me. he forced my very body to slay my first husband and my own goddamn son. I was forced to watch my sister tortured and raped to death, before being raped myself. you do not envy me.

"At least you had something to lose..."

"And I did lose it. I lost it all. That is why I was so damn protective of Freya."

"Would you had preferred me to not have warned you?"

Daria: no. I would not. That is why I have come to you now to talk rather than to kill you.
