the n7s stay behind to hold em off

Calton: Come on!!! You can't really hope to hold out against that many!!

Tara: fuck im not prepared for this situation
then they see a light as a cobra missle blows the abominations up and sev is t the other end looking uncontrollably pissed

Bob: yes we bloody can!

more abominations, and a pair of scions enter the room

Calton: ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY!?

Bob: just go after yer girlfriend, we got this! *a hawk missile hits one scion in the face, staggering it*

*Calton shuts the door rather reluctantly.*

Calton: Think they'll be alright?

OOC: Is using a missile launcher on a space-faring vessel a good idea

OOC: Good point....but it's Sev we're talking about here. He's not 100% right in the head.

sev blasts his way through the lines running to them and he grabs out his shot gun

OOC yeah, and the hawk missile launcher dont do a lot of damage but locks on so always hits basically
IC Kharr leads the way, punching the head off of a collector as it tries to stop them

*Calton follows close behind.*

they hear wrestling in the vents

kharr turns the corner, his gun roaring at the collectors in his way

*Calton notes the noises in the vents and keeps moving, firing at Collectors as he goes.*

a couple go down from calton's fire but the rest were killed by kharr

*They keep moving.*

sev and a collector bursts out of the vent landing on another one hes bashing its head in with his bare hands bloods everywhere as its skull collapses and he pushes the other one to the wall stabbing it in the neck

he stops

Calton: HOLY FUCK! Sev, what were you doing in there!?

sev ignores him as continues to move forward

*They follow him.*

blood drips on them from the vent he came from

Kharr also follows....until they find themselves at a locked door again
"Two more doors till we find her..." they hear loud metal footsteps behind them

sev: take this ill hack this
he hands car his missile launcher

*Calton turns around, weapon ready.*

And a Praetorian rounds the corner, its eyes glowing

Calton: I hope that launcher can hurt that thing.

the door behind the praetorian slams shut

Calton: Oh crap....

he starts hacking away
"almost done"

it shoots its eye lazors at the group, specifically Sev

*Calton shoves him out the way, barely avoiding get fried himself.*

sev dodges and gets right back to hacking and gets it open
sev: go now!
he goes through the door pulling them both in and ceiling it shut and welds it together

sev : thanks calton

Calton: No problem...but I'd rather not wait and see if that thing can get through the door. *Keeps moving.*

Kharr: *Before he gets pulled through* that thing'll just break the door open and kill us! *sighs* I'll hold it off

he didn't weld it then

he cracks his knuckles as he turns towards it

Calton: WHAT!? Kharr, you can't say here and one-on-one that thing!!

"I can bloody try. Trust me, now go!"

*Calton waits for a few seconds, and then reluctantly continues.*

Kharr goes back to the thing
"Alright you motherfucker....Time to get my damn ship back"

sev: no kharr move on ill finish this besides you are going to be a father
he pushes kharr in grabbing his launcher and tries to hold off the beast

Kharr: Relax kid. I've got this. besides, that missile launcher won't do jack with its biotic fields

*Calton continues down the corridor.*

sev nods and runs down the hall to calton
