they get to work patching him up

and celi remains asleep for now. Calton hears the call tho

*As Celi is in a chair besides him, he tries to answer it. Largely cause he's afraid of the call waking up Celi.*

OOC: oh lovely!!

"Want anything specific to eat?"
*he opens the door for her*

Eliza: It's a military ship. All we can hope for is something not as bad as yesterday.

"This is true"

keili: celi you there wheres kharr?

they put sev in the bed next to calton

*She grabs some food and sits down.*

*Calton freezes in horror.*

*He relaxes*

keili: please tell me where kharr is im so worried right now

++Calton *still whispering*: I don't know. I'm stuck in a hospital bed myself.++

Eliza: So.....what happened to the fiance?

"Last I heard, she kicked him out and moved on"

Eliza: Good for her. Had I been her though....I probably would have hit him upside the head with a wrench first.

"For all I know, she likely did. Like I said I didn't hear from her again after graduation"

Eliza: Hope she's doing well then.

keili sounds like shes crying
keili: please if you find out anything tell me

++Calton: I'll be sure to.++

"I do. Have you got any fun stories from your life?"

Eliza: Well...hm....*thinks*

Eliza: Yeah. Got nothing. My life is pretty boring.

shes definitely crying as she hangs up

*Which makes Calton feel more terrible than he's already feeling.*

about half an hour later Celi slowly wakes up

"Aw, oh well. Wanna do something later when you're off duty?"

*Calton fell back to sleep as well apparently.*

Eliza: Like what?

she sees she had a call from keili and plays it back....and instantly gets worried hearing it

she can also see a unconscious sev in the bed next to calton

*Calton hears her replaying the call and wakes up.*

Calton: Oh...yeah...about that....Sorry. I didn't want you waking up. *Calton looks over at where Celi is looking.* Aw hell...

"What happened while I was asleep?"

Calton: I don't know. I was asleep after the call ended.

she can tell he's not telling her something...

Calton: Um.......um......How do I put this lightly......Um...please, promise me you won't cry again...or kill me for not telling you sooner....

".....what is it? also i was asleep, how could you have told me?"

Calton: Fair enough, but...um....um....*Sighs* Kharr....Kharr is missing....Johnson's searching for him now.

"He's missing? I....how? what happened?"

Calton: Apparently...the relay to Omega tore off the eezo storage room. Kharr was in there, investigating...something.

"I've got a rather large collection of holotapes, games and shit"

*Eliza looks at him with befuddled expression on her face.*

Eliza: Seriously?

"I...its...its okay....it'll be okay. He'll be fine. He's always fine"

*Calton feels like there's a hole burning in his skull, largely cause he can't really get out of the bed yet.*

Calton: Celi, come here. It'll be fine. The way I see it, it'll take more than that to kill Kharr.

*poker face fails*

"Course not my dear, king size bed with a private shower and sound system"
