Charles draws his sabre and needle pistol

Tyren: "Oh... Thats... I'm sorry lyanna."

*Laurence straps on a rebreather mask, covering his features.* +ETA Three minutes. When we hit dirt, fan out and take cover.+

Lyanna: its fine. I moved on from him...thousands of years ago now.

Caiber puts on his own mask, and is wearing gear that makes his extra arm and odd claw hand look like cybernetics

*The doors open onto the roof of a wide, low building, a warehouse of some kind, the industrial estate the coordinates have led to is mostly in tact, one or two shell holes here and there, and no sign of the enemy as of yet. The penal legionaries pile out, and take up positions along the roof, as do laurences scions.*

Tyren: "Still... Mustn't have been pleasant to find out."

Akira: "Sparing, i rest my case."

Max: "That's with a sword, we both know I'll win with a polearm"

Lyanna: yeah...but he's happy, eh?

Charles and co get to the dual doors of the blackstar

Tyren: "I never know with him"

Laurence: "The coordinates are... Down, must be one of the sub levels."

Akira: "Reasons why i never use polearms include."

" I think I'm the better one and to hand " she chuckles a bit then asks " so how long have you two been together?"

Max: "7-8 years isn't it?"

Emma rolls her eye
"never mind. Come on."

Charles: +then lets get down there.+

Akira: "Yeah, somewhere around that, depends what you count as together."

Charles leads the others out of the blackstar's two ramps

Lyanna: didn't know astartes could.

" so a year after our kids were born... I am really excited for you two to meet them but may I make a request? "

Tyren: "It's reasonably common for salamanders to be married, since we spend time with humans on nocturne."

Akira: "Go for it."

*Hera and the penal legionaries follow behind laurence and his scions, down onto the main floor of the warehouse*

Charles follows closely also, as does caiber

Emma: right. *grabs her weapon*

" can men and my wife have our own room we don't really get much time alone anymore"

Akira: "Yeah... we've got plenty of spare rooms."

Laurence: "Still lower, find a set of stairs or an elevator, it must be in a basement."

Tyren: "But i was almost always deployed."

Charles: I doubt any elevators still work...

Lyanna: I guess...think you'll try now?

Laurence: "We can rip the doors off and rappel down."

Tyren: "I'm a little old, don't you think?"

Charles: or grav chute...fair enough.

Lyanna: You can't tell with astartes.

" thank you I really appreciate it"

Max: *They hear Max messing around with plates which generally signals that their food is ready*

Rob: *As does Rob, before he steps out once again*

Emma mostly lets him lead the way once they get back to the general area they got their clothes from
they're less sneaking now due to some level of disguise

Tyren: "Well, its an emotional thing as well, they'd be able to tell."

Akira: "I apologise if max has cremated dinner."

Laurence: *Goes looking*

Max: *It smells fucking amazing*


Rob: Well then, do you want to wait and ambush someone or shall we go looking for someone?

Lyanna: not necessarily.

Emma: you pick. you're better at this.

Tyren: "Who wouldn't?"

Laurence: +On me, i've found it,+ *Jams his fingers into the door, and prises it open, crumpling metal under his fingers*

Akira: "I retract that statement, that smells amazing."

Charles n co are there pretty fast

Rob: Ambushes are safer but it means we'll have to wait and hide. You don't mind that do you?

Tyren: "I'd rather someone intelligent, who doesn't care, not someone who just wont notice."

Laurence: "Get ropes set, i'll scout it out." *he leaps down*

Lyanna: think you could find someone like that?

Charles is close behind him, also jumping down

Tyren: "Rather unlikely."

Laurence: *lands heavilly, the modified muscle fibres in his body taking the impact easily, he then watches charles land with interest.*

Lyanna: doesn't mean you couldn't try eh?

Charles telekenetically slows himself before he hits the floor, landing gently

"Yeah that does smell amazing ,thank you for having me" she says getting up going to the dinner table

Tyren: "I've got more important things to do."

Laurence: *shrugs, then walks out into the basement, full of old, rusting machinery* "Coords say its on this level..."

Lyanna: I guess. Gotta try sometime right?

Charles: hmm...underground...probably here before humans got here....

Tyren: "Are you planning on trying again?"

Laurence: "Probably..." *Starts wandering over to the wall closest to where it is.* "It should be a few feet on the other side of this wall.*

Lyanna: not really thought about it.

Charles: hm...you get it, you said not to touch it.

*the guys on the roof see a pair of chaos thunderhawks incoming*

*When she gets there she sees what is basically a roast dinner for 3, minus the fact that instead of roasted meat there's the 40k equivalent of ham cooked in Coca-Cola. Max is also fiddling around with glasses*

Laurence: +Hold position, but don't open fire until they see you.+

Tyren: "I'm asking you now."

Tyren: "Got to find a man who'll ask then." *Sip*

Hera: +Ropes are set, we're rappelling.+

Laurence: *walks over to the concrete wall, looks over at charles. Mutters "Fuck it" and from his right hand, claws form, are covered by adamantium, and he begins carving a round hole in the concrete*

Max: You say that with such enthusiasm, wine?

Rob: "Right....." *He sets up the ambush*
