IC amidst the outer colonies of the original Consortium territory, the populations have a shared sense that their planets have gained stability, if that made sense to everyone involved. They can start rebuilding all the bigger structures they had before their planets decided to up and spasm with earthquakes, eruptions, and freak storms that toppled them. The future feels better now
