Elise: ....not happening. Not for lack of ability, mind you. I could issue marshal law if i wanted to... The nobility of Aquaris, shrewd and selfish as they may be, is closely intertwined with the Adepta Sororitas. Hell, im pretty sue half of them are descended from, or will end up in their ranks... And I am not going to dismantle a perfectly functional system of government and military because i hate dealing with masses of petitions...

Cyra: *She laughs again* "I didn't do it for that. I did it for popular support. Now i have the love of the remaining nobles, and the common man."
