I could, but he has dozens of IPs, as well as the rest of his little group... unfortunately, if i ban all of them, theres a real chance that someone totally unrelated might get assigned a banned IP at one point and cant connect.
Not to mention the Blaxt account... it takes up 30 screens worth of space, theres so many IPs....
