The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen(And others)

Amo: Maybe put some killswitch on me too... or at least stun switch ....but, most importantly.... you must *not*, under *any* circumstances take anything.... in fact, dont even *touch* anything... all we need is the rescuers needing rescue... To explain it further, we are toying with the curse of a god here... i am strong, but not certain that that strong...

Lir: As long as they offer up the prayer to me, i can deal with it...

Adriel: "The prayers will be for you, but to the emperor."

Lir: well, it will be amusing to see if he supports me...

Amo: Well, if my defenses are all down, it should work. Tell me when you are ready... Also, you should probably make some contingency plan for yourself too... this is some seriously dangerous thing we are dealing with here...

Adriel: "It will most likely hurt like a bitch."

Lir: Just smile and wave... is that not the mantra during these events...?

Adriel: "For example. In nomine imperatoris eieci in gehennam!" *The utterance of this burns Lir like wildfire, as she feels her daemonic soul being violently slammed into the veil between the materium and immaterium.*

Amo: Yes. This is one of those few events when this setup is actually dangerous... you should separate the two nervous systems temporarily with that adapter bioform... for a while, make them separate beings, one remote controlling the other... that way, if this body falls to the curse, your main body can just disconnect.... other than that, it should be fine

Lir: *gritting her teeth and sending him an awkward smile* ...smile and wave...

Adriel: "There will be thousands of people, and it will start with that exact phrase. The litany of banishment. I'll shield you from it, but stay near to me."

Lir: I intend to.... How you imperials have not banished yourselves yet, is beyond me...

"you assume I'm not remotely controlling this body? I'm still managing the hive in my true form behind this form, I'm not exactly sitting still"

Adriel: "Because of the wording, the litany directly states, 'Daemons'"

Amo: I meant actual remote controlling... but if it is already happening, it should be fine...  Now then... *he gets a third serving* ....wouldnt want to wander into the circle of gluttony while hungry...

Lir: Yes, but you are quite insistent on banishing everything remotely impure...

Adriel: "Rather important, considering the existence of chaos."

Lir: Ever thought of using it? Your ancestors did quite well when doing so...

Adriel: "I would rather not gain power by making deals with extra-dimensional entities, who are, by all accounts, fucking dicks."

Lir: ....khorne would never stab you in the back...

Adriel: "He would stab me in the front, repeatedly, for displeasing him in some minor fashion"

Lir: Does your inquisition not do the same all the time? ...or your own erstwhile brothers, for that matter?

Adriel: "For heresy, yes. For a heretic... hm... Like me."

Lir: even though here you are, saving imperials from orks, and making sure I do not turn them into cultists...

Adriel: "yet i consort with daemons and xenos."

Lir: If slaughtering billions upon billions of innocents for some minor gain is acceptable for you, why is this, for greater achievements, not?

Adriel: "Billions die to keep them from the hands of chaos."

Lir: ....you have a questionable set of morals.... to say the least.... Now... what to do until that parade of ours is ready?

Adriel: "kill more orks... go and check on your boyfriend?"

Lir: We can't get back right now... we would need a gateway open... and neither of us has the means... if you want to hang out in the warp though, i can arrange it...

Adriel: "I think i can get us back."

Lir: Actually, i have a better idea.... to finish ridding this world of orks... Priest!

*A priest in training walks nervously over* "Um... The Priest just left my lady? Would you like me to go after him?"

Lir: no need... Tell him, that we shall depart for now, and by the time we return, this world shall have no orks of significant force...

Priest: "Of course my lady, another accolade for your parade speech." *he bows*

*she nods, then signals for ariel, and they start walking back the way they came*

Adriel: "Are there any warbosses left?"

Lir: Not unless we missed one... that is not what I meant... *after they are on their way in the jungle again* ...I now have half a planets worth of orks worshipping me... or at least believing that i could "krump" them if they challenged me... Not a significant powerbase, but along with the killing done in my name, it is more than adequate for an investment: To make all of them somewhat stronger, and to actually have minor champions... thatc should have become apparent to both them, and the "infidels" they are fighting... consequently, their belief that serving me brings power, should have been strengthened, along with my power... and I do feel somewhat more powerful... Now, it is time to start the next phase...

"Hm, so, take them to another ork infested planet?"

Lir: that is the plan... there, they can rampage all they want, all the while, my power and cult grows...

Adriel: "Well look at you, Your first wagh, its cute really."

Lir: Your compliments will have little effect on me... I do remember why I bother with this..

Adriel: "Keep telling yourself that, Putty in my hands, just like the priest." *Barely contained laughter*

Lir: What, did you change your mind, and do want to bed a demon now?

Adriel: "Who said i wanted to bed you? I just like messing with you."

Lir: You obviously have no experience with love...

Adriel: "Of course not, i was an initiate at the age of thirtee... wait a second. what?"

Lir: ......seriously? I spent my first ten thousand years doing nothing but fighting, constantly... And even I knew this... When one becomes interested in the other, the first step they take is usually teasing and messing with the target..... not khornates, mind you, but mortals

Adriel: "You've had ten thousand years. And the only female contact ive had is sisters of battle, inquisitors and people i've killed ten seconds later."

Lir: ....it is not dependent on that.... even human children at the age of 6 or 7 years do it, even though they dont even have an idea what reproduction is.... you should ask Cyra about it, im sure she has extensive knowledge on the subject...

Adriel: "No... no I'm not... no." *He continues walking, shaking his head*

Lir: Oh, im sure... Now, lets get a move on.... *she turns into her godly fiery form, and starts running towards grutaka(?)'s camp*
